My daughter has lived there for 9 years and we have had one problem after another. She has come to visit with impetigo all over her neck, arms and chest. We had to bring her straight to the hospital for treatment. Her staff never noticed these open sores?? She has had money stolen from her twice, with company saying there is nothing they can do. She has had her things destroyed by water damage, leaky bathroom above her room and company refused to replace her mattress with a new one. They did try to give her a nasty used one but she refused. Lately, the house has been infested with bedbugs...twice. I feel very uncomfortable letting her come visit because we don't want bedbugs at our house. I have tried to get her to move many times but they convince her that a new place would only be worse, so she refuses to move. I would not recommend this company for your loved one!
