Founded in 1892, Duluth Central High School is a four-year public high school that serves students in grades nine through 12. It offers a wide variety of academic courses, including health, media arts, music, language arts, mathematics, physical education, science, socials studies, economics and American history. The high school offers various clubs, organizations and activities, such as key club, knowledge bowl, school newspaper, National Honor Society, debate, drama and literary magazine. It provides a wide variety of athletic activities, including skiing, baseball, basketball, cross country, hockey, track, tennis and soccer. The high school offers various facilities, including a media center, library, gymnasium, fitness center, weight room, laboratories, cafeteria and lockers. Located in Duluth, Minn., the high school is operated by Duluth Public Schools.
