I called Michael and he quoted me a reasonable price to replace an Apple MacBook (early 2015) battery. I did not want to drive 150+ miles for the replacement at an Apple Store, when they could not guarantee same day service.. I dropped it off mid-afternoon and was able to pick it up the same day. Computer Resources did not have the uncommon battery I needed available so they said I could order one online and bring it in with my MacBook. The installation time was listed to be 2-3 hours...probably much more for me if I tried to do it, if I could do it. Such great service and all is well. My computer is charging and working just great an I am a very happy customer! Just to let you know, Best Buy recommended them as they no longer service Macs.

Great local shop, the guys there are super knowledgeable! They were able to diagnose and fix my laptop, and had it back to me by the next day. I definitely recommend this place!

My laptop motherboard fried during the middle of the school semester and these guys were able to fix it within the next day, and found a cheaper solution than I got when quoted from both Best Buy and Downtown Computer. CR has excellent staff that know what they're doing. Great experience!

They are also Less Expensive than the BIG HUGE repair shops and for almost 1/3 less the cost. Highly Recommended by me, One of their fellow Computer Competitors. Bought a used lap top while on vacation. It started overheating day one. Had to bring it all the way back (3 hrs). Paid cash originally, they issued refund in form of a two party check (unheard of as far as we were concerned, but) we went to cash it at their bank to avoid having to drive back- their bank basically detained,finger printed and questioned my husband for more than 40 min! We had never been treated that way in our lives! If I were you, I would avoid the hassle and stay away.
