Friendly, and QuickTime service

When bag arrived I was disappointed to find a cheap pastic zipper and far less features than similarly priced items. I tried to return but I was told the bag was used, which it was not. I experienced extremely rude customer service on more than one occasion when I tried to resolve the matter. Bottom line, they don't stand behind their product and I am stuck with the backpack.
