Duluth Roofing Co just completed re-roofing my house & I couldn't be more happy! Greg was great to work w/, and he gave me a quality in-depth proposal/estimate- which is why I hired them in the first place, and it was a very reasonable proposal- which was a bonus. The crew did an excellent job w/ the tear-off, installation, and clean-up. Plus- they completed the job in a timely manor. The attention to detail was great, and the roof looks amazing! Thank you Greg and the rest of the crew at Duluth Roofing Co.

Response to Kelly's review. It is unfortunate that you are an absentee landord. If you had been able to visit the job site, I'm sure you would have agreed with me that this is a clear case of a "mountain-out-of-mole hole" situation. The pictures that the tenant sent you did not reflect reality. Even though it had been a pleasure working with you, there came a time when I decided that I was no longer willing to participate in the conversation. The situation became absurd. This decision I communicated in a clear and short email. I'm sorry you took it as crass, it certainly was not intended as such. I disagree with you completely about your comments pertaining to my tone or demeanor. You went too far. I've roofed for 14 years in my hometown and you are the first customer that I have decided to leave.Good luck Kelly.Greg

Had Greg from Duluth Roofing repair some cracks in my roof in 2010. LOVED his work. Promp, professional, & flexible. Called him back out for a checkup this fall. Found out I needed some minor repairs + gutters cleaned. Contracted Duluth Roofing (formerly Summit Spray Foam). Paid before the job was even done because I trusted them. Inquired if the job was done, told it was, found out from tenants it wasn't (with photo proof), Greg sent employees out to clean gutters. They whipped the debris all over the ground, walk, & stairs to the house and left it there. Contacted Greg, he was apologetic, offered my money back (never my objective, just wanted the job done), I said he should give it to my tenants who are now charged with the task of cleaning up after his company. He agreed. Supposedly went to the house (but didn't speak to my tenants nor did they see him there) and then left a crass and insulting voicemail to me despite photo documentation of the garbage left at my property.
