Rude

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer as when I was with Harbor City Oil. This is a greedy arrogant family that doesn't deserve your money. My account had a few hundred dollar credit and yet I got harassing phone calls and letters from them because I stopped sending monthly payments. Apparently I'm supposed to send them money even if they have $900 credit in my account. No way Kolquist's!!
