Perrault Construction was hired to correct a structural defect in my home. The source of the issue was not addressed thus the problem still exists.The task was to replace steel beams over the pool which support the garage as well as to replace the pool ceiling, which had rotted due to leakage from the garage into the pool. Though they completed the structural upgrade, they never addressed the source of the problem, which was the leaky garage. Later that winter the ceiling was already crystallized with road salt leaking from the garage. We called Perrault numerous times to voice our concerns. Not only were they incredibly slow to return calls (weeks), but they subcontract everything; therefore the delays were constantly blamed on the subcontractors, despite the fact that Perrault was the contracted party. Most recently a complaint was made at the 2014 Home Show to the Perrault construction booth. The individuals present said they were going to look into our situation and follow up with us. Unsurprisingly, we have heard nothing since.It is shocking to see the A+ rating on the BBB.

I had Jim Perrault Construction do my basement remodeling after the flood. I was extremely pleased with the work and the people who work there. I wouldn't ever have anyone else do work for me. Thanks Jim for the great job.

Had my roof done . Took them for their word that things were done right. Standard things like flashing and drip edge were not installed. For $8,000.00 you think I'd get a correctly installed roof!

I wrote a negative review on 11/11. After that date, JD did contact me and came to bid on my job. They did the work repairing my roof and it appears to be done well. Initial follow up was a bit below par, but I'll give them credit for making a nice comeback.

We had Jim Perrault put our roof on last year. Jim Perrault helped me with all the insurance work. Extremely pleased with the attention to detail. Love the new roof. Thank You Jim.

Called and made an appointment for a guy named JD to look at my roof. The guy never showed and never called back. I called him back several days later and left a message and, again, he never called me back. Not the kind of company you'd want to be doing business with. I'd check out some of your other options before calling this outfit.

We had Jim Perrault Construction put new siding and new windows on our home in Superior. They did a fabulous job!! The work was done exactly the way we wanted it done. Every obstacle that the guys came across, they waited for us to make a decision and then went ahead with the work. Our home is old (1929), so there was some wood that needed replacing and some funny angles that required some extra thought, time and effort to be put into the completion of the job. They did this. I was so happy with the estimate and J.D. really did his homework when it came to offering us options, colors, and different styles. I would recommend them to anyone who needs home improvement. They are really outstanding.

Jim and his crew have done a lot of work for us over the years. There always dependable, fairly priced, and do great work!

Jim has done all kinds of work for me over the years. New Roof, Siding, Windows... On and on.Their pricing is alwyas fair, and I have had no problems whatsoever. You do not survive for over 25 years in this type of business without doing good work!!

This company did a roofing job for me two years ago. When the rains came after one month, the roof leaked. It took three visits for the company to fix the problem. They only returned at their convenience after I threatened to get a lawyer involved. In the meantime, my roof continued to leak.######Two years later, the leak has re-surfaced in the same spot on the roof. It has been just as difficult to get this company to respond to this problem. Beware if you plan on using them for any construction. They respond promptly when they haven't received full payment, but after the job is done, you will get poor service, if any.
