The experience we had with Krause was incredible! They showed up on a weekend when no one else was answering the phone; they replaced our furnace and got our heat running on a day when the temp. was bottoming out at -18'F; Both Bill (the owner) and Sean/Shawn showed up to make sure that the work got done as quickly as possible.

Sean/Shawn really went above and beyond, leaving after making the initial fix to get to another job, and then coming back later that night on a Saturday to finish up some final touches to our job even though he didn't have to (the heat was working and he could've waited until Monday). Everyone we communicated with during the process was polite, caring, professional, and efficient. I wish that every business out there operated the way these folks do. We'll never use anyone else as long as Krause is an option.

My wife and I bought a new gas water heater and furnace converted from oil to natural gas, Krause removed all of the old equipment at no extra charge! we also recieved 3 other bids and the other companys wanted extra $ to dispose of the items, up to 200 extra and another 500-1000 extra to hook up the gas meter (Krause didn't)??? we didnt feel the honesty from the other contractors as we did with krause and am 1000% satisfied with the work completed. I have been a carpenter for 14 years

We bought a furnace & water heater from Bill Krause 2 years ago and everything is perfect in the house. When we called to ask about cleaning the filter Bill told us not to worry about it for a few more years! He could easily have done a service call and charged us to clean the filter but instead he advised us honestly and saved us the trouble. We are very happy with both units which have run trouble free for over 2 years now and the service was perfect! Installation was fast and they really cleaned up after the job was done. Thanks Bill!!
