Was not happy having to wait three weeks but I have warranty and I wanted to get it fixed under warranty. I was pleased with service and the repair man. It would of gotten higher on selection but as far as I know there is only one way to fix kenmore sears service. The repair was quick and having to wait the three weeks was even more annoying Service man was not at fault. his work was good.

The repairman cam only a little late, made some big part changes to our refrigerator but.. it still is collecting frost in the freezer. We'll win the extended warranty bet, unfortunately.
