Duluth's first fully equipped Pilates Studio, located downtown in the Technology Village. This modern and spacious fitness studio has state of the art Stott Pilates professional equipment, including seven regular Reformers, two extended Reformers, a Cadillac, Stability Chair, Arc Barrels, along with other Pilates specific equipment. A system of exercises performed in the United States since the 1920's is named after its creator Joseph Pilates. Through his years of knowledge in physical education and rehabilitation, he developed his exercises encompassing over 500 controlled, precise movements. The Edge Pilates Studio takes pride in providing highly qualified fitness professionals, certified in Pilates movement.
