Provided by YP.comIf I could have given zero stars, I would have. I got wrong information about my insurance coverage from them, and then they blamed my insurance company. (My insurance company gave me the date their policy went into effect, and it was not recent at all). I ended up not having a procedure that was scheduled, because they canceled it on account of the insurance problem. I had taken a day off for that and one other, which I couldn't get back. Then they had the gall to send me their email newsletter, which I said I didn't want. I did say why. What they did then was send me a PAPER newsletter. They never offered me any compensation for the money that was wasted, nor did they offer me any discount on a procedure that I may have wanted that is not covered by insurance. I am simply out the time and the money. Thanks for nothing!
