I recently transferred my prescriptions from another pharmacy in town to this one because of its' location. I had no complaints with the pharmacy I had been using, but I no longer was in that vicinity on a daily basis, so this was more convenient. However, I have been disappointed on more than one occasion when this pharmacy has filled my script incorrectly or not at all.

There was a time when they were totally out a medication for days on end. Until I pressed the issue, there was no communication from them. My job would require some communication with customers, I suggest that they keep this in mind.

I have made a specific request for no generic on one of my scripts. Yesterday I went to pick it up & low & behold, Generic! When I asked why, they checked the computer & found the notation of my request - I waited until they changed it. I do not feel that it is their right to change my medication without checking with me first. I have been taking it for years. The Pharmacists need to realize that their customers have been patients for many years & know their bodies (or they should). If I had signed up for all generics then they could change the medication to whatever they have on hand. It is for this very reason that I have not signed such an agreement.
