We (3 of us) eat at this Wendy's 2-3 times a week and really think you need to know about some things.

Went thru drive thru at 5:30 This Sunday Young boy said he would be right there-asked to take order-I said a Taco Salad and all he said was $5.50-gave him the exact - got home-no chile sauce-no cash register ticket-no please-no thank you.

Called back and they are going to send some sort of ticket.

Did he pocket cash?

Why no trainer?

Where was his manners?

Why was he at window with direct customer contact?



The last three times I was there I ordered cheese and bacon potato-always had to ask for more cheese as there was about a tablespoon on it.



I was an administrator most of my life and you people have some real problems at this location.



I do like the quality of the food.

I don't know how they get your food to you right away, wait...... because it's not hot! I took some disabled clients of mine to wendys and they noticed that the food was cold! The young "team players" are rude and give dirty looks to the disabled people. I will never go to wendys again here, I might try a different one, but the one on London road should be shut down and maybe give the workers a lesson on respect.
