These seem like nice, hard-working people. I don't want to give them a bad review. But their service is terrible. I left a piece of expensive, irreplaceable clothing for repair. I was given a date it would be ready of three weeks out. I got a call that day--it's not ready, I need another week. I went in a week later, 2nd date it was promised. It wasn't ready. Next week, she said. I went in the next week, 3rd date it was supposed to be ready--it wasn't. I asked for it back. But she had started the work (or so she said) and promised it would be ready at the end of the week. The 4th promised date arrived and I got a call saying she's only half done but it'll definitely be ready the next day. I have little expectation of her keeping that promise. We're now 5 weeks beyond the original promised date, and nearly 2 months she's had my garment, one I could really use for winter with FOUR promised delivery dates that have not been kept.

It's become clear she's putting other people to the head of the line rather than do the work she promised to do weeks ago.

At this stage, I'm wondering if I'll ever get it back, done, half-done, or not even started. I'm wondering if she'll hand it over half done and expect full payment or if I'm going to have to get the police involved to get my garment back.

I had several medical garments that needed repairing. The workmanship was shoddy, the time taken to repair them was overly long, and the customer service was terrible. They made the corrections, but expected payment, AGAIN for shoddy work!

This place is the worst! They said my dress was going to be done in one day, but when I went to pick it up it wasn't done. Then two days later when I went to pick it up, there was a stain on it. They said it wasn't from them, but my dress was brand new and a worker had a bowl of noodles at one of the machines. They weren't nice or sorry.
