I only go to Royal Beauty Salon for all my hair needs!

Very great place taking care of my hair very well. The people are also nice with a family-based envirnment.

Very nice people.too nice that somebody will try to take advantage of them.first of all you don't get Senegalese done for $120.the client ask for madly braids which only takes 2 hours to do.came in an d changed to Senegalese.be honest,search your heart.this is not fair to the hard work they put into doing your Senegalese twist which you love other wise you won't be wearing it.

I contacted Deborah, an employee at this location, for a service. She quoted me a price of $160.00 and then discounted the price by 25% totaling $120.00. Once the service was completed she then quoted me a different price of $150.00 without doing calculations. When I told her that she was charging me incorrectly she then pulled out her phone and showed me a price of $135.00 which I again argued was incorrect and not the price we agreed on for the particular style. After figuring in her tip I attempted to pay with a credit card only for her to tell me that her SquareUp card machine was down, which she DID NOT state prior to service. She allowed me to leave to an ATM to withdraw cash. I told her that my card was having issues and that I could only swipe for the $120.00 that I owed. After driving to multiple locations at her request, she then calls me to inform me that her SquareUp card machine was now working. Due to the inconvenience I was experiencing I offered to transfer the money directly in which she agreed and then disagreed. After multiple attempts to make a payment, she then contacted the police and her manager and told them both that I had left the premises and refused to pay which was not true at all. After speaking with the officer on call, I was then quoted a NEW price of $200.00 discounted at 25% totaling to $180.00 in which I refused to pay. I instructed the officer to review the exchange of texts in which Deborah agreed to $120.00 and the officer confirmed the agreement. The officer instructed me to pay the $120.00 in cash or on card. When I attempted to pay on card Candy, the manager, tells the officer that there would be an additional 10% (not stated anywhere in the shop) for a card transaction. Deborah did not accept the payment or come forward to accept it, instead Candy the manager accepted my payment after attempting to take my payment on the same credit machine that I was told was broken. In my opinion this business is very dishonest and will rip off whomever they want.

Do not go there unless you enjoy people being rude to you. The owner of the shop is extremely rude and hates when clients make suggestions to their own hair. She also likes to pull and tug hair when she gets mad at clients. Just so she knows, that is physical abuse.Overall, I would say attitude and professionalism needs to be fixed

I love come n getting my hair don't there. It's a family environment and everyone is so nice. The place is so clean and professional. They do my hair in a timely manner. The owner Fatima is the best she keeps me laughing.

Very elegant and clean Salon, professional,knowledgeable, experience Stylist, great atmosphere and family oriented. Christian atmosphere. Reasonable prices. They also offer Keratin treatments at the lowest price in town.
