Provided by YP.comI filled out multiple change of address forms and not one of them were entered into the computer. Not one. So --- all of my mail is still going to renters addresses. Thanks so much for your professionalism. I asked many times before leaving if these forms would be done soon and was assured that it would be completed. I had to go online and do it myself which was not my preference, only to find that you are actually charged online to change your address.

Provided by YP.comThe stuff is so rude it is unreal that they still have a job here! No customer service skills. It is clear they hate their job and are too unkind to receive employment anywhere else!
