I have been a customer on and off for years, today I went there for two front tires, alignment and sticker. I arrived before 1pm. They finally took my car in at about 3:15pm. At about 4:30 they told me I would need two new rotors and new brakes on my rear wheels and that I needed several lights in order to pass inspection. They told me that they would put a rejection sticker on it if I didn't get this done. The cost over $1000.00 well, I was not happy and expressed this, so they" brought it down to $925.80. Whoopee! I am livid!!! Labor cost $290.00.They have lost a customer for good. I finally got to leave at about 6:30 pm. 5hours and 30 minutes later.

The only car that should be taken here would be the car of your worst enemy.

They absolutely DESTROYED my jeep, the entire coolant system was almost irreparable. They kept telling me I was wrong when I said there was something wrong with my coolant system finally when they listened to me they replaced my radiator hose and did a coolant flush. Little did I know these morons have an IQ nearing 60 they failed to snap the new hose back in place and it was laying on the engine. THE SUPER HOT engine which of course melted it while I was 2 hours away from home, take it to the nearest repair shop, who were in disbelief that anyone so ironically moronic could do something to a car also tell me that they filled my car up with green fluid when it clearly says RED ONLY in huge letter on the lid. So now we have established the fact that they are not only morons but cannot read.

So you are probably thinking to yourself they are really a tire place so they should know what they are doing in that area, right? Oh but you are so very wrong my young padawan. Since I have a jeep and "winter was coming" I requested all-terrain Off-road tires, very expensive of which I paid upwards of $700 in order to ensure my safety against winter's whitewalker wrath only to find when I got home 3 months later that my dad ask why, in this forsaken winter, I chose to have PUNY $50 a piece road tires put on my car. Not only are they INCOMPETENT they ripped me off BIG TIME.

I had an oil change done just because it was time for the change. About 3 days later I started leaking oil. I called and they told me to come back in, I pulled right in, no wait and they showed me I had a leak with my oil pan gasket. They showed me my problem and now I know what to do next.



I would suggest having them take care of your car, the team is pleasant.

I stopped by with a flat tire near closing time last week. I was treated with respect and served immediately. Not only was the tire aired up, they found a nail and offered to repair it on the spot!
