Took my 2012 camaro to their body shop (per my ins. company) to have a few scratches fixed and painted due to someone scratching my car with a grocery cart. When I went to pick my car up 2 days later, they had put more scratches on the bumper and chipped the paint off. They repaired the new scratches and called me 2 days later to come pick up my car. When I got there I found more new marks on the hood where the paint was chipped and had white marks (very obvious and bright considering my car is yellow!). At first I was told this was from the polish and just needed to be whipped off. Once they wouldn't whipe off I was told they were there when I took the car in... I asked to see the photos they took and for them to show me. To my surprise they had NO photos that showed previous damage and claimed their computer wouldn't zoom in. So I called the dodge dealership and asked for the photos they had taken a few days prior when I got my first estimate, their photos ALSO showed no previous damage. I am still waiting to get my car back and to see if any more damage are done to my car.... If you love your car and take pride in it... do not trust this body shop.....run and don't look back!
