so bad ... staff SUPER ... hotel BAD

28 degrees outside, heater did not work, blew cold air

refrigerator did not work

no ice machine or soda machine on our floor

peeling paint, bent vents, counter falling off, faucet missing caps, no king-size bed

almost couldn't get shower to work

offered to "maybe get a discount on our next visit" no thank you.

This place is great! We loved our stay and look forward to staying there again.The staff is awesome!
