Occasionally you will find a checkout person with a bad attitude but overall the service is helpful and friendly. The store is kept clean and neat. Any problems I have had were easily resolved. Love having this Walmart in Duncan witht their 24 hour service.

i have always had good things to say about walmart until now,DO NOT BUY ANY LAWNMOWERS FROM WALMART BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH SMITHS SMALL ENGINE REPAIR ON ELM STREET IN DUNCAN, AND BELIEVE ME YOU DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. i have a lawnmower thats setting outside that is 2 months old, and just sitting there. i am out $180.00 .you have to deal with smiths small engine repair shop when you buy a lawnmower from walmart, and believe me smiths small engines is not a company you want any dealings with. my lawnmower would start but it dies everytime you start mowing with it. smiths tell walmart that it has scratches on the case so the warranty should be void, guess what the lawnmower is setting outside brand new, but i cannot mow with it because smith small engine repair shop tell walmart they cannot fix it but it has the scratches on it so void my warranty. please do not take anything to smiths small engine reapir shop, you have to pay them to look at it even though its only 2 months old, won't mow but they won't mow with it to check it out because you have to give them money for gas first.
