This Company Is Nothing But A Joke! I Have Lived On One Of Their Properties For Almost 4 Years & They Recently Took It Over After Another Company Owned It. When I Moved In There Were Bad Patch Jobs In Some Of The Walls That The Maintenance Man Had Fixed And I Failed To Put That In My Walk Thru Because At The Time I Was Homeless With Kids & Just Needed To Move In As Quickly As Possible So Here We Are 4 Years Later & They Are Evicting A Single Mother Of 3 In 18 Days Because I Was In A Hurry To Have A Place For My Kids & I To Live. This Company Has No Idea What The Apt Looked Like When I Moved In But They Decided To Evict Me & Make Me Pay $1385 in Damages! I Have Called & Written Them Letters Explaining My Situation & The Way The Apt Was When I Moved In & Have Gotten No Response From Then Except Thru My Property Manager & She Has Done Everythibg She Could To Keep Me In My Apt! The Complex Isn't The Bedr Place To Live Due To The Excessive Drug Activity Going On Which They Have Done NOTHING About As Well As Numerous People Living In Other Apartments That Aren't On The Lease. These People Aren't Trying To Help Anyone Get Anywhere In Life Nor Do They Care About The Well Being Of Children! They Also Have NOT Fixed Anything That I Have Reported Needing Fixed Like The Refrigerator The Lightbulb Melted In And Is A Safety Hazard. There Are Numerous Other Things Wrong With The Apt I Could Go On All Day!
