Gentleman by the name of Reshad talked my husband and I into ordering from here instead of the furniture store near me saying he was told the customer service at the other store was horrible, NOW LOOK AT THE POT CALLING THE KETTLE BLACK!!!! It took forever for my furniture to arrive, when it did they wanted to deliver it during our working hours. I explained I couldn't take off work to wait for furniture to be delivered. The female representative was so rude saying we can't have our driver out waiting either. I asked for my money back, of course I got the 24 hour policy speech but all of a sudden they could now come at 3:30 pm. The next day my husband notice the wood frame on the bottom of the couch was cracked. I called and left a message several times, no response. Called on a Saturday was told I needed to speak with Cheryl and she wasn't in, call back Monday. Customer service is awful and they try to do everything in their power to keep your money once they have it. BEWARE!!!

I just Left Unclaimed Furniture about an hour ago. We cash purchase a bedroom set 2-20-16. They said 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. I'm sorry when you hear them numbers, 2wks should be about the wait time. NOOOOOOOO. This PRICK tells me that we are still within 2 to 4weeks and that even though they have yet to order it, we still have to wait. Oh, and than we only going to get a call to schedule an appointment. THAT IS SOME MESSED UP CRAP !!!! You can't cancel, you have to wait !!! Do all the furniture places take up to a Month for delivery after you paid in full ? Or just these people ? So there is a lesson to be learned as well as a warning. If they say 2 to 4 weeks and you sleeping on the floor and you have paid for your furniture, it's NOT 2wks, IT'S MORE 4wks , you better buy extra cushion --or shop somewhere else!!!!!

Every time I call I am placed on hold and then forgotten about It has happened several times on several different occasions. I will NOT be giving my money or time to people who do not care if a customer is left on hold for hours!

This company can not be trusted. They have a "no money back" policy and they mean it. I was delivered damaged furniture and they would not do anything about it. Please check the Better Business Bureau web site for scoring on this company before you visit the store - it sucks. I wish I would have!
