Horrible customer service, you can call and call for weeks without a response. Would not recommend them!

This company charged me over $700 to repair a shorted out wire that took one piece of electrical tape to fix. They had to replace the main zone board for our system before they finally figured out that the problem was caused by melted insulation on a wire that had been carelessly left touching a high current electrical terminal during installation. They made no effort to even reduce the bill, even though I had been charged for installation of a perfectly good zone board because their repair person couldn't make the right diagnosis. The staff in their office is downright rude and unhelpful, particularly Cindy who answers the phones. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!!!
