My experience sounds like many of the others. They miss pick ups, charged us for months that they did not pick up at all. We called to have them simply not charge us for the missed pick ups, but they refused to work with us.

Avoid this "company" at all costs!!! We paid for the remainder of the quarter and the first pick up date was 2/4/15. The picked it up no problem. They didn't pick up on 2/11/15 so I called the end of the business day 2/18/15 about them not running. They came about an hour later and picked up my trash. Today 2/25/15 they still haven't ran. She called me back after I called her to question it and said that they stopped by our residence but because we had more than 5 BAGS (when I paid for 3-5 CANS) they refused to pick it up and only picked up the large amount last week as a "favor" (last time I checked I paid for a service... You didn't do any "favors"... You were doing your job) I call back multiple times and the "secretary" ignores my calls after she left a snarky message on my voicemail. Maybe they need to do their job and realize that I paid for a service and I'm not receiving that service. AVOID THIS "BUSINESS" AT ALL COSTS! They just take your money and don't do their job. I will definitely be looking for another trash service who actually do their job for what I pay them.

They are usually very good at picking up our trash. They only missed 3-4 times over 6.5 yrs and always came the next day. BUT they keep increasing rates $2 per quarter. That's $8 a yr * 6 years = $48 increase. It is now up to $80 per quarter...$320/yr. That is insane for a residential customer. Gas prices have been pretty steady, so I can't understand why the need for the increase. I hope that magnetic calendar we got this yr wasn't the cause for the rate increase. If so, can I return it so my rates are lower? Actually I am researching other trash co's right now and we might be switching to find something more reasonable.

Been using them for almost a year now, they never come pick up the trash when they are suppose too. But thy charge you for trash pickup when they haven't came out for a entire month. Are you serious????? They are very disrespectful to your property. I would not recommend them to anyone. The people on the trucks are very rude. They need to get their business together and stop hiring lazy people that don't do their jobs. I have had it after this month they can know they lost our money were done and a few other people up here in my area are done too. They pick and choose what garbage they will pick up, hello that's not what your being paid for.....................Its pretty sad you have to call them and tell them once again they didn't pick up your trash. And the secretary acts as if its your fault , like I said worst trash company ever. If you don't believe me check out some of the businesses up 11/15 and residents in new buffalo area and ask them you will see dumpsters overflowed bags piled up its just wrong...

Recently an animal got into my trash bag and made a total mess. There was trash all over my driveway.I was on my way to work and didn't have time to clean it up and it really bothered me the rest of the day.Well, when I got home, I couldn't believe it! It was all cleaned up!The folks at Sylvester took the time, on a very hot day, and picked it all up!I couldn't be more grateful over this kind of service.Sincerely,William G. Davies Jr.

These garbage people.are just that.... Garbage. Raise your rates, miss pick ups, and have a bad attitude. Used them for 6 months....... Never again

This so called company is the worst disposal company in our area. They charge way to much, never on time and I saw the fat driver eat something out of my trash.

We love them! Ask about buy a bag program.
