I wish I could give less than one star. I phoned in an order for delivery. One of the larger items was made incorrectly making it inedible for the person it was ordered for. I called, they apologized and wanted to credit me. I said no, I wanted a replacement. They said delivery was backed up and they weren’t going to do that. I insisted and they said it would be a while. I waited two hours and called asking how long it would be. They hung up. I called several more times and was hung up on each time. I drove to the restaurant, a total of fifteen minutes. They were rude and said they never hung up on me. I asked for my money back and the name and number of the owner. The ‘boy’ refused and walked to the back and refused to answer me. I luckily thought to video the interaction so I couldn’t be accused of anything later. I’ll never get from them again. I’d love to speak to the owner. He’s definitely going to lose business if I can help it.
