Spent $800 on my wife's tires for her Escape and $380 for my Altima. When the guy put my tires on he broke the sensor in my front passenger tire. My light came on when i was close to home 30-minute drive. I called Jim right away. He said it wasnt recognizing my new tires. i needed to reset it. This didnt work so i took my car to the dealership. They showed me what was in my tire and it was missing the sensor. He called Jim and Jim got real defensive refused to refund the $85 offered me $40 said i should have come to him first. I did he gave me a bogus excuse about not recognizing the new tires and just needed resert. He wouldnt reimburse my money after giving him almost $1200 for tires. What a cheapskate. He just lost a customer.

I have shopped at Eddie's Tires for over 13 years, and have never had a complaint! EVER!
Great Service! Great Tires and the Staff are Friendly Knowledgeable and always give me a Great price!
