When we first moved to the area, we purchased a pellet stove from another dealer which went out of business. We needed to find someone to service it and luckily found Fireplace Creations. They have been servicing my pellet stove insert for about 10 years now and you couldn't ask for better service or nicer people. I wish we would've known about them when we first bought our stove. Tom has gone out of his way to call or stop by if I was having an issue with my stove. Sometimes he can talk me thru it and other times, he's stopped on his way back from another job and got me up and running again. If it was something simple, he wouldn't even bill me for it. I would highly
recommend Fireplace Creations and if I ever need to replace my stove, I will surely not go anywhere else. These are good, honest people!

Awsome customer service. Bought a Heatilator Pellet stove there in spring. Brought it home and set it up myself. Had some problems with it not lighting itself on first try so had to reset it. They were willing to come 35 miles to help me figure out the problem 7 months after I had purchased it. Very nice people to deal with. Really enjoyed going there any questions I asked they answered and if they didn't know they found out for me. Already referred a lot of people to them.

Very POOR customer service. Will not stand behind their defective products. VERY RUDE !!! Do not do business with these people or you will regret it.
