Provided by YP.comI tried them for the first time and requested an arrangement for around $75. When I saw the arrangement I was LIVID! There was 10 flowers in it with a little greenery and a vase that I could buy at Walmart for $5.
I called to complain but they were closed. I left a message and 3 months later I'm still waiting on a call back.
If you want flowers and get what you pay for call someone else. I would not let them do an arrangement for a dog.
I actually would have given them 0 stars but it would not let me. They are very nice on the phone when you place the order and they are getting your credit card number but if you have a problem...FORGET IT!
We have been in business for 32 years and you can't be in business that long without pleasing most of your customers. There are always customers you can't please, but they are few. You only heard one side of the story in this review.
