Absolutely CRAZY! I stay in Duncanville and have always known of this 24 hour tire shop. However, it's any but convenient due to their crazy, ridiculous prices. You're looking at paying nearly twice to three times the prices of any service or product you get from here compared to other tire shops. They told me a plug is $25, 17" used tire $75, and new one is $145! This is RIDICULOUS! I went to another 24 hour tire shop and paid $35 for used tire. If you can avoid it, do not go here. If you must, be prepared to pay 2-3 times the average what you would pay at another shop.

Tried to charge me $45 for a patch on a Sunday. Anywhere else charges $5-8 dollars. Guy was rude. I bought a can of fix a flat and drove to waxahachie to h g o tire company.

Blake was very helpful and professional, i was surprised because with past experiences, the owner always seemed very rude and to overcharge because they know they are the only 24 hr tire shop

Best customer service, I highly recommend!!! My services was provided by the manager, very honest in regards to cost and services. I had the option of either getting a new tire or a used one, he explained the pros and cons very thoroughly! He said they have used tires but he doesn't recommend it because it doesn't have a warranty and you never what kind of condition it may be in. He was ver knowledgeable, honest and professional. Within 10min I had a new tire with a warranty. I am very pleased with the help they provided and the reasonable pricing. I will also use them again for emergencies and future services.

Charged us 100 for a used tire that went flat by morning. They refused to give us a new one. Even in an emergency u are wasting your money. They said the receit says as is. Very rude customer service!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! they are unprofessional and when you have a complaint they yell and cuss at you! They forgot to tighten my daughter's lug nuts and couldn't even take responsibility instead they implied I was lying!!
