You're right! They don't answer the phone. I've been calling for 2 days to try and order a cake and still could not get anyone to answer. Very Poor customer service!!!

They are pretty efficient when it comes to waiting time in line, and the clerks are always nice

They don't answer their phone, it just rang and rang and rang and.........................no answer at 18:25.

This store offers much of what we eat.There is a Starbucks in the entry with seating located in a nook between Starbucks and the deli. The deli makes awesome sandwiches, which paired with some fruit and coffee or a cold drink make for a satisfying lunch. Two moderate eaters could easily split a sandwich and get sides.

The meat department is a favorite, though I get better veggies elsewhere. Produce here is not quite ripe. I like the variety of wines and availablility of foreign food products. Dairy products have always been fresh.

I have heard that Tom Thumb is most expensive, but I shop carefully and find good values. It is my first choice when I need to stock up for the week. I love the staff! I worked for the local school district last year and the store has hired many of my favorite students, those who I considered polite and industrious. I hate shopping but it is least stressful at this Tom Thumb.

Your customer service is excellent. I especially like the flowers, gifts area of the store.

They have just remodeled so the store is completely different. The employees are great but the prices are a little high
