I just spoke to the office staff AND AGAIN NOTHING BUT LIES NOW THEY CLAIM THEY DON'T HAVE ANY WORK ORDERS OPEN FOR ME!!!!!! OH THEN THE MANAGER NOT ONLY TOLD ME I CAN COME AND GET THE A/C FILTER TO CHANGE MYSELF BUT SHE WANTS ME TO BE "UNDERSTANDING" THAT HER MAINTENANCE STAFF PRIORITY ARE THE GCFI PLATES AND SWITCHING PLATES FOR CITY INSPECTION BUT THAT'S ANOTHER LIE BECAUSE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO CONTRACT THAT WORK OUT TO LICENSED ELECTRICIANS. THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY HAS THE AUDACITY TO NOT RUN WORK ORDER TICKETS BUT SENT OUT RENEWAL LETTERS RAISING THE RENT TO OVER $200 BUT CAN'T FULFILL THEIR OBLIGATION TO RESIDENTS PER OUR LEASE CONTRACT!!!!!! THE MANAGER HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME HER BOSS IS AWAITING AN EMAIL FROM ME!!! SHE TOLD ME THAT I CAN EMAIL HER MY ISSUES AS IF THAT WILL CHANGE ANYTHING IF SHE WAS ON THE PROPERTY THE OTHER DAY AND HEARD ABOUT THE ISSUES THEN WHY NOT HAVE SOMEONE FOLLOW UP?? SHE NEEDS TO GO LOOK AT HER PAYCHECK AND SEE HOW SHE GETS PAID FROM RESIDENTS TOO!!!! LAST TIME I CHECKED IT WAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP WITH RESIDENTS TO ENSURE THEY ARE DOING THE BEST BUT NOT THIS OFFICE STAFF/MANAGEMENT COMPANY. THEY FLAT OUT TOLD ME TO BASICALLY DON'T TRUST CALLING IN MY WORK ORDERS PUT IT IN WRITING TO MAKE SURE THEY GET IT!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW I'VE NEVER SEEN SUCH DISREGARD FOR RESIDENTS. I WILL NOT DO YOUR JOB AND "REMIND" YOU AT 5 PM TO HAVE MAINTENANCE COME OUT TO MY APT. IT DOESN'T MATTER IF I HAVE 10 BATHROOMS MY KIDS BATHTUB IS CLOGGED UP SO YOU MAY LIVE LIKE THAT BUT I DON'T!! IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE I REPORTED THIS AND SHE CLAIMS SHE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT MY ROOF LEAK!!!!!

They will Steal your money!

Just recently tried to move in here. The staff were friendly at first. When givena money order for the application fee (40$) they asked for the deposit (60$) . I felt it was strange, but I didn't ask any questions and gave the additional (50$) out took them 5 days to call and say the app was denied due to a misdemeanor that was yrs old. I was told to come get the 50$ money order, but on arrival...they said they couldn't find it! Now I'm a lousy of money, time, and gas. And they act like they don't care. The manager said he would call back but didn't.I called and told him I was on my way up h there. He said don't waste my gas. They are so unprofessional!! This experience is like a nightmare! End result is, im stuck here waiting on "coorporate" to call and issue a check. Well. That hasnt happened yet. I cant imagine howany other ppl theyve done this to. Im literally at a Lost for words snd upset!!You deffinatly dont want to move herr!!!!!!!!

Do not move here unless you like to fight roaches off you and your children. And unless you like to walk around the property and step in dog poop this is not the place for you. The record keeper in the office is horrible and unorganized. She likes to pick on people who pay rent and are not on Section 8. Our water is billed seperately from our rent at that property and I recently received an eviction notice because the rent was paid in full and not the water bill(which I just simply forgot about because of the way it is sent out). When I called to ask why was a court order on my door I was told they were holding the rent until I paid the water bill. Then I asked was a past due notice sent out or did someone try to contact me to let me know the water bill was behind and I was told that they do not send out past due notices and that someone contacted me but didn't leave a message. Really! Who does that?!?! So, needless to say I am fighting this one! They tried this same thing a few months ago and at that time I just paid all the fees and left it alone. Well, shame on me I don't have any extra money to give away this time.
