Provided by YP.comThe customer service at this shop is very poor. I had damages to my 2006 Ford Focus and when I got my car back there were 2 deep scratches that were not there before. The manager Jim, told me there check in sheet had marks showing it was old damage, I showed him the old damage and the new damage in the same area, they never fixed it, I will never go to that dump again.

Provided by YP.comI just had my 2009 E150 Cargo van repaired at True2form. They did a great job on the repairs, they kept me informed. Jason was great to deal with, customer service was outstanding.Even the manager Mike Michaels has great to deal with. I will refer anyone i know to True2Form.They even detailed my work van for me while i was there. I can't explain just how happy i am with the over all service with the company.

Provided by YP.comPicked up my 2009 Ford F-150 Larrit today at Tru2form in Dundalk, MD. Betty, Stevi and Jason are 3 of the best customer service people I have seen. I didnt need to do anything but drop my vehicle off and sign papers, they did the rest. Great shop, Great service.

Provided by YP.comAs soon as I arrived to the shop a very friendly person named Dave approched me and help me out of the car, I had a broken leg. My car was in the shop for 4 days and I was called every other day with the updates. When I got to the shop my car was ready to go and very clean. I highly recommend true2form in Dundalk to everyone I see.

Provided by YP.comHad my 2006 Cadillac STS in for repairs to my rt quarter panel and rear bumper. It took 3 days longer than promiced. When I pick the car up it was dirty and had a new scratch on the left fender. Once I started driving home my daughter and son-in-law were behind me and stated my rear bumper was blowing all around and look like it might fall off. I took my car to another shop since I live in Ellicott City only to find out True2form didnt put back all the parts to secure my rear bumper. TRUE2DEFORM is more like it.

Provided by YP.comI am 82 and live alone, I had my first accident last week and was sent to True2Form by my Ins. Company. I was pleased that the front office people explained everything to me and help me get into a rental car, they told me it would take 4 days to repair my car, once finished the manager Mike came out and went over the car with me. He even took a scratch out of my hood that was not related to the accident. Great paint match and great customer service.

Provided by YP.comI Would Not Recommend don't go there.
bad services take to long to get job done. they tell u 3 day's take 13 day.
This customer didnt have rental coverage and we found hidden damages that made the job longer than 3 days, her Ins. Co. paid for the damages but she was without a car. She should have had renal coverage, which Ins. co. offer.
