I had an appointment for 1:40, I arrived at 1:45 (was stuck in traffic), I sign in and have I seat. I was called up to the front desk at 2:02 (17 minutes later) to be told from the recoponist that Caroline Stowe CRNP was unable to see me and that I needed to reschedule. I looked at her in disbelief and said to her "I was 5 minutes late" her response was "Well there is no such thing as a grace period here" as she rolls her eyes and flips her hair. I told her that I didn't wish to reschedule and she looked very shocked when I said that. To top my experience off there was only 2 people sitting in the waiting room. Based off of my experience just in the waiting room I wouldn't recommend this office!!
