I brought a Jeep Cherokee from this organization in May of 2015. Every two to three weeks it had to go in the shop. When I first got the truck the entire break system went out. The check engine light came on about 5 different times. There was a small hole in the engine. Three weeks later the truck would not reverse and two day after that it stopped in the middle of the street. The owner Jaime Palmisano focus was that I still owe 2,500. The truck cost over $7,000 and I have paid more $5,000. I only had this vehicle for 10 months. I am not paying $2,000 for a transmission and another $2,500 to the owner for the vehicle. I plan on putting that truck in the trash right where the rest of the vehicle that he is selling on his car lot belong......IN THE TRASH....HE ONLY SELLS VEHICLES THAT ARE GARBAGE...DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP...YOU WILL REGRET IT....HE ONLY SELLS TRASH AND HIS DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN...

We purchased a SUV at Northwinds Motors in Dundalk, MD and it broke down on the ride home. Turns out, the gas tank was rusting out of the bottom of the truck. We brought it back the next day. They refused to refund our money so we picked out a Jeep from their lot as to not loose our money completely. Two weeks later we come to discover the Jeep frame is rusting from the inside out and is unsafe to drive. We are now out $9300.00. I called to speak with the owner and was hung up on. AVOID THIS DEALER. SAVE YOUR MONEY. AND STAY SAFE!!!!
