Well they didn't have a button to rate her sweetness. She's an awesome person and you can tell she loves what she does. Joanne did some valances and pillow shams that another alterations company messed up. Thank you Joann for taking such good care of me. I will highly recommend you to my friends and family.

Jowanne has done several alterations for me and my husband.

Not only is Joeanne nice, but she is very talented. She turned a large size 10 wedding dress into a size 2-4. The dress had many details and she made the adjustments right on. She did an amazing job. I'm glad there is a great alterations shop Polk County. Who wants to drive all the way to Orlando or Tampa for that!



She also has beautiful prom dresses, evening gowns, tuxes, etc.

The apparel she carry in her shop are very unique and one of a kind..Joeanne has also served me with her unique gift of alterations, everything was done in a timely fasion. Joeannes has also provided me with custom made garments that were tailored made just to fit my taste. I can't wait to see the robe that she is preparing for me now.!!!
