We were referred to Precision by our Insurance Company and trusted the referral; let me save you time, frustration and sleepless nights and DO NOT USE THEM! (There is more to this referral, but I am not going to go into detail)

When we initially started business I was reluctant, but the owner Chris Cantonis made time to talk to me and convinced me they are an excellent company and would take great care of us blah blah blah… I am naive and trusting, ugh never again. I was convinced I was in good hands. Every obstacle was DRAMA, the owner was unresponsive to my calls when there were challenges and I did not hear to much from him until the end when he texted me asking: “Will I be contacting Janice for final payment or should she call me” SERIOUSLY?!? They also threatened me with a lien… If you are not happy with the job expect threats!

One of his employees said Chris is a great talker… True statement and don’t believe every word he is telling you. His employee’s were just as disappointing… They too were quick talkers trying to get around every issue, inexperienced and slow paced… They were quick to blame blame blame…

Suggestion: If you choose to use them, please videotape your project first – every detail including your floor. As silly as it sounds, video every item in your home before they start because they will damage your furnishings and deny it.

I could give more detail on our experience with Precision, but the bottom line is simple and a time saver – JUST DON’T USE THEM!
