Provided by YPmobileThis was by far the worst salon experience I have ever had! First they wanted to refuse the Groupon I purchased which was for $125 worth of "coloring services" no specific service listed. Then they asked me to come back in the afternoon even though my appointment was for 11am. They very obviously did not know how to do ombre coloring....but they did attempt it and failed miserably! Why wouldn't you just simply say "we don't offer that"? My hair was barely dried, I left with frizzy wet hair and was embarrassed to even walk out the door, but after 2.5 hours I couldn't wait to escape. I am supposed to go back to have them fix the mess that is now my hair but on second thought I don't trust them to touch my hair again.....needless to say I will not be back!
