My wedding day was September 27, 2105. I ordered a dress that was delivered on September 17, 2015 to David's Bridal and when they showed me my dress we discovered they had made an error and it wasn't the dress I ordered. With my wedding being 10 days away, my back was against the wall and I knew then it would be almost impossible to find a dress that I'd be happy with and within my budget. I was so upset I ran out of Davids Bridal in tears because the staff was so rude and I didn't want to give them my business anymore. I thought my wedding was ruined.



A friend knew my situation and suggested I visit Jefre Bridals. When I arrived at Jefre Bridals and told them my story, one of the workers said to me "We are not letting you leave without finding a dress for you". I had my doubts and didn't think it would be possible but she meant what she said. I did not leave empty handed! Jefre and his team made sure that I was a happy bride again. The dress was absolutely beautiful and was 10xs better than the original dress I had ordered from Davids Bridal. I can't thank them enough!!!! Jefre saved my wedding...

Went to see two designers listed on their website. Told they no longer carry them. Their website also states, "Jefre Bridals can get any dress, available from any manufacturer . All you have to do is ask!" They cannot eben tell you the name of the designer you are trying on. They have removed all labels. When I asked to see more dresses by the designer of the dress I had on, which I liked, was told that was too difficult as they only go by their store numbers. Very disappointed after looking at their website.
