We heard so many good things about Bistocchi's but the food was awful, awful, awful. You are better off buying a frozen Italian dinner than wasting your time eating here. I was a first time patron and things got of to a bad start the minute I walked in and was told that the restaurant would not fully honor the gift certificate I had because the manager had an issue with Restaurant.com, where I bought the gift card. What kind of a businessman does that to a first time patron??? When we ordered the food, it was tasteless and seemed to have been pre-frozen ... not home made. The spaghetti sauce tasted canned. I went here with two other people and neither enjoyed their meal. Too bad for Bistocchi's because they lost three new customers. Not that anyone there seemed to care. Avoid this restaurant at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.

We were very surprised at the food. It was very bland, and had no taste. I think they boiled the meat in water. I heard many things about this restaurant and thought it was going to be so good. The regulars must keep the place in business. Also, some regulars came in after us and were served before us. Not a good thing for new customers to see.

Our waitress was very good! That was the only good experience we had there.

Sorry, thumbs down! Get a new chef.
