I called a local realtor to check the price of a house. I was told that I had to go to the local bank and talk to a girl there and get a prequalification letter to look at the house. I went by and was told I had to call for an appointment. I left a message to be called back. After waiting several days and never hearing from the girl at the bank. I called the number on EquiPlus Mortgages sign and talked to Renee Henderson. She had me a letter at the realtors office in about 20 mins. 3 Weeks later I was moving into the house. Very easy process and Renee made me feel comfortable from the start to the finish. I still have not heard from the bank.
