Provided by YP.comJust moved here a year ago. I go here often. Steaks are excellent, prices are too. I don't care for the side room as the lights are so bright it's annoying. The main dining area and bar area are nice.Staff is helpful, although it would be nice if they brought the salads early and not WITH the meal. I moved here from from FL,had the shrimp skewers 3 times. First time they were great, the other 2 they were overcooked,so perhaps a few lessons on not to overcook seafood, but it wasn't terrible. I got the Philly cheese steak sandwich a few times. Always good, but always "different" as to how it's made,so once again perhaps a little consistency training is needed, but they were tasty. Those that left bad reviews need to go back because I have never been disappointed and I will continue to go here. Bar drinks are very good. Most times they are busy,so there is a little time wait, but for the amount of people they have there, the food comes out as fast as could be expected. I will keep going back for the terrific steaks!!

Provided by YPmobileThe wait time was absurd. The meat was rare but like it never even saw a grill or stove or oven AT ALL. I did complain but it was scarey. The drinking glasses felt like greasy crumbs were on them and i felt like i needed to double check my plate. The guys restroom was a health hazard. Maybe the plumbing was messed up. The next time i take like say for instance my mom out for a special occassion it wont be there.

Provided by YP.comI don t usually do this but after my last experience at your establishment I can t let it go albeit I have never had a good dining experience there. In the past we have waited over an hour for food that is not cooked right or very well but after waiting so long don t feel like sending it back to be redone. Even the previous occasion when we arrived we were greeted by 2 hostesses and a manager playing around at the front. After they finally noticed us standing there it took them 10 minutes to seat us and we were only the 3rd party in the building. then it took a longtime to get the food again.
now this past Sunday which was Fathers Day we decided to go there again. The waitress was prompt and took our drink orders which was 3 sweet teas with no lemon and 1 water with lemon. She brought us 3 sweet teas with lemon and 1 water with no lemon. I should have known to leave at that point but I didn t. she went back and fixed them by taking the lemon out cause you could still taste it.
She took our orders then it took 30 minutes to get the salads and bread. After a couple bites of bread 2 of us found about 4 inch long blond hairs in the bread so the rest was left on the table. when mentioned to the staff they shrugged it off. then the dinners came, I had ordered Blackened Texas Wrangler rare with loaded baked potato. It came not Blackened medium rare on one end to medium well on the the other that I didn t realize until I had eaten over half. The baked potato was so hard from being over cooked that all I had inside to eat was the stuffings. You could not cut the outside with a steak knife. I sent that back and got another that was edible but they didn t stuff nearly as much. My son got the 10 oz ribeye medium rare with loaded baked potato. It came medium well with over cooked potato which all was sent back. when the replacement came it was cooked right but it looked like the fattest steak they could have found. The first one was like a normal ribeye with the proper amount the second had at least 50 % fat. He tried eating it but decided to throw in a box to take home for the dog.
My wife and daughter each got the teriyaki stir fry. They both just ate the meats out of it and left rest cause the rice was so clumped and mushy they could not eat it. It was like it had been cooked a week and constantly had been added water to and reheated each day. My wife also ordered a side of broccoli that was very sour which means it had been either left out to long or had been cooked and refrigerated hot.
This is the only affordable steak house in Dunn and thats why we had kept going back even with the bad experiences but enough is enough. I would rather drive 25 miles than have to eat food thats hair laden, over cooked, reheated day after day or be ignored by the staff. I have noticed that the locals are not frequenting this place as much. If it wasn t on the interstate it wouldn t last very long.
If you care about your customers you will try to find some employees that care also and clean house. The place needs it very badly.

Salad and bread came after steak. Why cuz wait staff was standing around shhoting the breeze or standiing at entrance smoking. Nasty cold steak. Real disappoinment. Get a clue management.
