I don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. I've had their "ground chuck" and it tastes just like tube ground beef. Ugh! It was grainy textured and bland. If ground beef is ground on site from what the butcher says it is ground with, it will have a strong beefy full flavor and be courser in grind. This tastes like the crap you get in a tube.

Also I noticed their scale is back behind the counter. It should be on the meat case and meat should be weighed where the customer can see the weight and price.

I do not recommend this place. You can get better ground beef at Winn Dixie.

They have the best quality meats around! They also carry regular grocery and Amish specialty products! Nicest group of people I have ever met.
