Well its a Sunday really have no real water pressure in our Home I knew something about what was wrong,unfortunately the only I got right was the pressure tank was bad ,Then I remembered seeing a white and orange Truck with Tidewater Well Company,well we are from Tidewater Virginia it was then I made the best decision, I called and said they won't call today, But they did not once but 2 times checked on me and me and my wife could not be more pleased, A kind Christian man honest and very very FAIR. For a Sunday.Wow what a difference, Luke did a great Job and he was the owner We are Thankful

Luke has a big heart! He is exceptional in helping others. I called Luke after dealing with a problem with my pump and had had other services come and diagnose the problem of why my pump kept running all the time...paid lots of money out for a new more powerful pump to no avail.
My neighbor recommend calling Luke at Tidewater and I am so glad that I did. At the time, Luke was drilling a well for one of his clients and related to me that he wouldn't be able to come that day because he was bringing hundreds of gallons of water over to their farm so that their animals had water while he drilled their new well. He wasn't really obligated to do so; but, did so voluntarily! That conversation told me that he cared more about people than making money.
He listens well. I told Luke the exact same thing I had told the other company, about my problem....and no one else came up with a solution, but, he did!
I am a widow with horses and cows and was stressed out because my pump was running so much, getting so hot that I would have to turn the cows water off then back on intermittently during the day. The other company wanted to me to go to the expense of replacing the foot valve on my pump which would have entailed pulling the pipe out, etc. which proved unnecessary!

Luke answered the phone when I called and I was impressed with the fact that he was going over and above his obligation to his client at the time by hauling hundreds of gallons of water to their farm so their animals had water.
I am a widow with horses and cows and was desperately trying to keep my animals supplied with water, also; and hearing that from him let me know that he is the kind of person willing to go the extra mile to help someone!
Luke listened to the information I had already relayed to the previous company that I had been dealing with and he got right to the heart of the problem. The other company had bungled fixing my well by selling me another pump with more horsepower than I needed and still had not resolved the problem. My neighbor recommend Tidewater and I am so glad that I called. Highly recommend this company! If I ever need more help with my pump, Luke will be the one I will call!

Our pump decided to work no more. From the initial call they were out and done in several hours.They used quality parts that will help our pump to last longer. Could not be happier. Good natured, professional and courteous. Thank you ! Denis and Maureen

THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY ARE LICENSED, BUT THEY USE SOME ONE ELSES!!!

Why would you hire a company that cant even get there own license. I looked up the license number they advertise, but its not theirs. I would think if they could misrepresent themselves as being licensed, then how can I trust them to do any work. I called other Well Drilling contractors, and they tell me that they have to take a continuing education class every two years to stay current. Do these guys have any idea of there trade? I would say not or they would be licensed. I WOULD ONLY USE A FIRM WITH THEIR OWN LICENSE! NOT SOME FLY BY NIGHT!!!

Luke is Great! There was something wrong with my well they came over on a SUNDAY! The sun was setting and boy was it hot outside that poor man was covered with bugs. Not only did they fix my problem but they kept in touch making sure that I the customer was satisfied.. They are great in my book.

Thanks tidewater drilling! These two brothers were born and raised locally and know the area well. When I had water problems they came the same day I called and got me going again. They were professional and courtious to me and my family. Thanks again, Mike
