I really don't want to say anything and wish I had never started this. It's better to not say anything at all if you can't say anything nice. I guess I can say that the guys that talk on the phone are pleasant sounding.

Crooks! Period. We had our car towed there for repairs. They called us and told us it was going to be $450 for the brake job. I called around and and found places over $100 cheaper. I called to have it towed from there and they charged me $40 before they would release the car because their mechanic took 2 tires off the car. Something they failed or neglected to tell us when they so warmly welcomed the towing service delivering the car. Here's a question, they told me the charge was because their mechanic took the 2 tires off and put them back on. They said they had to pay their mechanic and they have to charge 30 minutes labor. When have you ever known a mechanic to make $80 an hour? Number 1, it only takes 10 minutes tops with an impact wrench for both tires to be removed and replaced. Number 2 the best mechanic in the world doesn't make more than $25 an hour. So where did the rest of the money? Profit for them. Making money off the misfortunes of others.Stay away from here unless you have more money than you want...If you're rich and could really care less who gets your excess then this is place you want to be. They should be ashamed taking advantage of people when they're down and at their lowest.

They don't do what they told you they would do to your car! They added so much other stuff $$$$ that I didn't bring the car in to have done.The reason I brought the car in was still not repaired when I went to pick it up!
