My wedding was 1.5 years ago, but I'm still so angry about my treatment from this company that I'm actively complaining. If you look online, you will see that my complaint is not isolated-- there are so many people with almost the exact same story (but maybe a less happy ending).



My wedding was 1.5 years ago, but I'm still so angry at this company and want to save others the anguish of hiring them, that I'm still re-posting my review in every possible venue. If you look up reviews for them, you will see that my complaint is one of many and they are completely unreliable. My review:



I just wanted to discourage anyone from even considering booking ANYthing with Premier Tents. I paid the full amount for tent, linens, glasses, coffee maker, coffee mugs, and a granite bar from them and only got the glasses and bar because they were so late. They arrived as my guests were arriving!!! My contract clearly stated that the reception started at 6pm and set up was supposed to happen at 10:30am. My uncle spoke to the OWNER at 1pm who PROMISED everything would be there by 1:30. When I came into the reception at 5:30pm, they were trying to set up the tent over tables and the driver had NO IDEA about the am set up. We've called several times and no answer, returned phone calls, apology or anything. Fortunately, folks were pretty mellow but it could've been a disaster if it had rained. So save yourself A LOT of heartache and money and go with another company.
