Nicole showed up at my home in The Ranch and repaired a complicated multi-point locking system that other locksmiths would not even touch. The job actually took longer than expected due to some custom repairs on the mechanism, but there was no upcharge. Great customer service!

I locked myself out of my car while road tripping at midnight. I called these guys, they made me aware that it would cost more because it was after hours but I didn't care, I needed my car. Nicole was prompt and very professional. And she didn't make me feel like an idiot for locking myself out.

Bobs Lock and Key has always been prompt and very pleasant to work with. I have never had a problem with their service. It is nice to have a friendly face when you are in a tight spot. I will use them over and over!!!!!

We have Nicole do lock outs and new locks for us all the time. She is wonderful to work with and very timely.

I was in Durango visiting some family back in January and I locked myself out of my own vehicle. When I pulled up "locksmiths" on my smart phone, Bob's Lock & Key was the first that came up and so I called. I spoke with a Nicole and she was out to me pretty quickly and got me into my vehicle. As this unfortunately NOT the first time I've locked myself out of my own vehicle, I was very please with the service as well as the price. So if you're ever in need of a good locksmith service I would highly recommned Bob's Lock & Key in the Durango area.

8This guy was the most unhelpful jerk I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I locked my keys in my car and when I first called Bob the price he gave me was a little to high for my student budget. After calling around and not finding anyone else for help, I called Bob back and he told me that he could no longer help me. In fact, he told me out right he remembered my first call and that if I wanted to, I could leave a number and he MIGHT call me back.If you're looking for someone to help you in a time of need, Bob is not your man. If you're looking for a guy that will over charge you, be little you, and then refuse to come and help you, go a head, give Bob a call.
