Provided by YP.comBEWARE !!!! I was with this business for 7 years. 6 mths in Durango Co. The rest in AK. When I left CO. I have an Email from them stating $5.00 a month for my email. Great, kept them. Since 2011, I have been frozen out of my account. Took me a while to realize that the bill was due. I would call long distance, ask for an invoice for my business, pay the bill. In 2017 once again I was frozen, called, was told "unless I paid them $60.00 + $25.00 hook up fee and PUT MY ACCOUNT ON AUTO PAY with a CARD" they would not turn me back on. I declined, emailed twice cancelling my account. 1 year later I am contacted by a credit agency. I disputed the claim. I agreed to pay Brainstorm for the 3 months ($5.00 per mth) for what They say I used. They declined so I took it to the BBB. They did not respond for months! So I emailed the owner in Denver. Then we get a response of TOTAL LIES!! I am willing to go to Court as I have proof of what I was to be charged dated back to Nov. of 2011. I was willing to pay for the 3 months they say I used in 2017. I refuse to pay for the rest of 2017!! They say they mailed me all the Invoices, SHOW ME THE CERTIFIED RECEIPT AS IVE NEVER GOTTEN THEM! I DID GET SENT TO COLLECTIONS at the exact same time though. To This day I WILL PAY FOR 3 MONTHS. $15.00.
