This is long overdue----In June 2012, while heading towards Ouray, CO. (actually around Price, UT) my cruise control sensor quit working and that affected many other parts on the operation of my HD, not only cruise, but the idle was very rough & no odometer were the most noticable. The following day after arrival, my friends and I headed into Durango and the Durango Harley Davidson shop to see if they could fix it. Upon arrival around 10 am the shop was busy and there was a line at the service desk. A friend of mine's shifter went out on the way so the stop was timely. the serivce lady was hospitable but was telling us she was not sure we could get in. The service manager came out and stuck his head into the conversation and listen for a few and said if we were patient, he could fit us in. I'd say it was about a 2.5 hour layover but ultimately success in repairs of both bikes (thumbs up!!) and a happy trip throughout Colorado and back to Oregon. Without you, Durango HD, the rest of the trip would of sucked, big time. YOU made the difference. Your service team was AWESOME. Hats off to the service manager and his crew and the management for their employment!! This is one of the reasons I ride a HD

Thank you Durango Harley Davidson for being so helpful with my warranty on my jacket. It is difficult to find a dealer that sticks up for their customers when a zipper or seam goes out. Dealing with the manufacturer directly, especially with smaller companies in another country is next to impossible. Thanks again, Durango Harley, for your tireless follow-through! I'll be back.
