Mechanic did not fix real problem, charged a lot and then did not tighten bolts correctly. I have proof from my mechanic of this.

Aweful

Did not replace bolts correctly, put in bad part, and over charged. My regular Mechanic was pissed and said never to go even if they offered free service.

transmission repair

had a transmission done by them and it didn't even last three weeks and it failed and mcneals wouldn't even help me get it fixed because I was in a different town

Excellent Service at McNeal's!

We were headed back to Denver after a beautiful week in Durango. That morning our trailer brakes failed. We headed over to McNeal's and owner Mike and service technician Steve worked tirelessly to solve the problem for us. Professional, courteous, and excellent providers of service, they were able to determine where in the wiring connection we had a problem and get us on the road. I would go back to McNeal's again if I were ever in Durango with any automotive problem!!
