This is Mediastream!!! Still the worst service ever and the management as the unskilled people they hire. This company doesn't deserve any kind of rating other than to be ran out of town!!!

RUN!!!!! Worst customer service or any service for that matter! I turned in my cable box and remotes along with my last bill and the lady at the desk wouldn't let me pay it. Said they would "send me a final bill". Well, 2 months later I received that bill along with a late fee. These people are crooks of the lowest kind. I would highly recommend you look into DISH or DIRECT TV or even a good antenna. By the way, their cable service is no better than their customer service! Terrible company to do business with!

P.S. The only reason I give them 1 star is because there is no zero.

Horrible customer service, not to mention the fact that I'm the only unserviceable house on my road. Neighbors on either side of me have (or had) service through communi com but for some reason I can't get it. I can't get anyone who will explain why this is all they tell me is they will have someone call me back. NO ONE CALLS BACK.
